Irany is a production designer based in Melbourne with too many interests and hobbies at hand. Thank god she’s found a growing love for production design, an area of expertise that pretty much covers all her favourite things. She’s always ready to tackle on any new project and any inevitable changes that arise on set. Even if her height doesn’t quite hit 5’3, her brain is a sponge and her body is limber, learning and moving quickly to cater to any art needs. She has dedicated her life to forever learning new skills and knowledge as each job teaches her something invaluable. It’s the job that never stops giving! Truly, just look at her wardrobe, it’s filled with old relics and props from past jobs. She can’t help but see a story in every object she sees. What to do, what to do…
With 6 years of experience in art department, Irany has worked on films that have contributed to notable festivals that include St Kilda, SXSW, MIFF, Berlinale, and Sundance.
